关于VDBP：
Vitamin D-Binding Protein (VDBP) is a member of the ALB/AFP/VDB family. VDBP is a secreted protein and contains three albumin domains. The primary structure contains 28 cysteine residues forming multiple disulfide bonds. VDBP acts as a multifunctional protein found in plasma, ascitic fluid, cerebrospinal fluid, and urine and on the surface of many cell types. VDBP binds to vitamin D and its plasma metabolites and transports them to target tissues. VDBP associates with membrane-bound immunoglobulin on the surface of B-lymphocytes and with IgG Fc receptor on the membranes of T-lymphocytes.

Palmitoyl-protein thioesterase 1(PPT-1 for short), also known as Palmitoyl-protein hydrolase 1, belongs to the palmitoyl-protein thioesterase family. It is a small glycoprotein involved in the catabolism of lipid-modified proteins during lysosomal degradation. This enzyme removes thioester-linked fatty acyl groups such as palmitate from modified cysteine residues in proteins or peptides during lysosomal degradation. Defects in PPT1 are the cause of neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis type 1.

Aldehyde dehydrogenase, dimeric NADP-preferring is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ALDH3A1 gene, belongs to the aldehyde dehydrogenase family. ALDHs play a major role in the detoxification of alcohol-derived acetaldehyde. They are involved in the metabolism of corticosteroids, biogenic amines, neurotransmitters, and lipid peroxidation. This protein preferentially oxidizes aromatic aldehyde substrates. It may play a role in the oxidation of toxic aldehydes.
