关于B7-H2/ICOSLG/CD275：
Mouse ICOS ligand(B7-H2) is an approximately transmembrane glycoprotein in the B7 family of immune regulatory molecules. B7-H2 is expressed on antigen presenting cells such as B cells, macrophages, monocytes, and dendritic cells. It binds to ICOS on activated T cells, leading to both positive and negative effects on immune responses including its own down-regulation. The B7-H2 interaction with ICOS is costimulatory for T cell proliferation as well as the development of B cells, plasma cells, follicular helper T cells and germinal centers. B7-H2 contributes to the development of allergic asthma by enhancing Th2 biased immune responses, limiting Th17 responses, and promoting eosinophilic infiltration into the lung. Its activation of ICOS on Treg limits pulmonary inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness, promotes the development of inhalational tolerance, and imp*(代"a")irs antitumor immunity. In the thyroid, B7-H2 is up-regulated on thyrocytes during inflammation and promotes their proliferation and production of thryoid hormones.

Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 9 (CXCL9, MIG), is a small cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. CXCL9 functions as one of the three ligands of chemokine receptor CXCR3 which is a G protein-coupled receptor found predominantly on T cells. It together with CXCL10 and CXCL11, may activate CXCR3 by binding to it. CXCL9 serves as a cytokine that affects the growth, movement, or activation state of cells that participate in immune and inflammatory response. It has been observed that tumour endothelial cells secrete high levels of CXCL9 in all, and CXCL10 in most melanoma metastases. it plays an important role in CD4+ T lymphocyte recruitment and development of CAV, MOMA-2+ macrophages are the predominant recipient-derived source of CXCL9, and recipient CD4 lymphocytes are necessary for sustained CXCL9 production and CAV development in this model.

关于TREML1：
Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells-Like Protein 1 (TREML1) is a single-pass type I membrane protein. TREML1 precursor contains a 15 amino acid signal peptide, a 147 amino acid extracellular domain with an Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain, and 128 amino acid cytoplasmic domain. It can be expressed exclusively in platelets and megakaryocytes (MKs). It is a cell surface receptor that may play a role in the innate and adaptive immune response. TREML1 Sequestered in cytoplasmic vesicles in resting platelets. TREML1 be transported to the cell surface after stimulation by thrombin. Soluble fragments can be released into the serum by proteolysis. The phosphorylated TREML1 can interact with PTPN6 and PTPN11. TREML1 may participate in maintaining vascular hemostasis and regulating coagulation and inflammation at sites of injury.
