关于CFHR1：
Complement Factor H-Related 1 (CFHR1) is a 43 kDa secreted member of the factor H family of glycoproteins. The human Complement Factor H protein family consists of the complement and immune regulators factor H, the factor H-like protein 1 (FHL-1) and five factor H-related proteins (CFHR-1 to -5). Members of the H-related protein family are exclusively composed of individually folded protein domains, termed short consensus repeats (SCRs) or complement control modules. FHR1 is produced by hepatocytes and circulates as two differentially glycosylated isoforms (37 kDa and 43 kDa). Mature human FHR1 is 312 amino acids in length. It contains five, approximately 60 aa SCRs that basically constitute the entire molecule. FHR1 may play a role in complement regulation, lipid metabolism and lipoprotein complexes that bind PMNs to LPS.

关于CD40 Ligand/TNFSF5：
CD40 Ligand (CD40LG) is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the TNF superfamily. Like other TNF superfamily members, CD40LG exists as a trimer in membrane bound and soluble form, both of which are bioactive. CD40LG is a ligand for CD40; its ligation also initiates signal transduction in CD40LG expressing cells. CD40LG is a differentiation antigen that is expressed on the surface of T-cells. It stimulates B-cell proliferation and secretion of all immunoglobulin isotypes in the presence of cytokines. CD40LG has been shown to induce cytokine production and tumoricidal activity in peripheral blood monocytes. It also co-stimulates proliferation of activated T-cells and this is accomp*(代"a")nied by the production of IFN-gamma, TNF-alpha, and IL2.

CLUL1 is synthesized as a 466 amino acid precursor that contains a 20 amino acid signal sequence, and a 446 amino acid mature chain. Mouse Signal Regulatory Protein α (SIRPα) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein.It contains two Ig-like C1-type domains and one Ig-like V-type domain. Mouse SIRP alpha ECD shares 61%, 75%, 62%, 61%, and 59% aa sequence identity with human, rat, equine, bovine, and porcine SIRP alpha, respectively.SIRPα can express in various tissues, mainly on brain and myeloid cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, dendritic and Langerhans cells. It also can detect in neurons, smooth muscle and endothelial cells. SIRPA is an immunoglobulin-like cell surface receptor for CD47. SIRPα acts as do*(代"c")king protein and induces translocation of PTPN6, PTPN11 and other binding partners from the cytosol to the plasma membrane. SIRPα shows adhesion of cerebellar neurons, neurite outgrowth and glial cell attachment. SIRPα engagement generally produces a negative regulatory signal; it may mediate negative regulation of phagocytosis, mast cell activation and dendritic cell activation
