关于HRSP12：
Heat-Responsive Protein 12 (HRSP12) is an endoribonuclease that belongs to the Rut family. HRSP12 is found mainly in the human adult kidney and liver and is responsible for inhibiting protein translation by cleaving mRNA. HRSP12 only cleaves phosphodiester bonds in single-stranded RNA and inhibits cell-free protein synthesis. The levels of both mRNA and protein are markedly reduced in heptatocellular tumors and in human hepatoma cell lines comp*(代"a")red with normal liver tissues. Moreover the levels of HRSP12 are different depending on the grade of the tumor. This had led to the suggestion that HRSP12 may be an important biomarker for heptatic carcinoma.

OX40 ligand (OX40L), also called CD252, is a single-pass type II membrane protein of the TNF/TNF receptor superfamily. OX40L is expressed by DCs, macrophages and B cells and signals via its cognate receptor OX40 which is mainly expressed on APCs. OX40L/OX40 interactions are important in T-cell activation and survival and for the generation of memory T cells from activated effector T cells. OX40L–OX40 co-stimulation leads to activation of TNF receptor associated factor (TRAF) 2, 3 and 5. This pathway has been shown to prolong the survival of effector CD4+Th cells as well as contributes to generation of memory T cells.

Ubiquitin-Conjugating Enzyme E2 D4 (UBCE2D4) is a ligase that belongs to the Ubiquitin-Conjugating Enzyme family. UBCE2D4 has been proposed to participate in Ubl conjugation pathway. UBCE2D4 takes part in post-translational protein modification, protein K6-linked ubiquitination, protein K11-linked ubiquitination, protein K27-linked ubiquitination, protein K29-linked ubiquitination, protein K48-linked ubiquitination, and protein K63-linked ubiquitination. UBCE2D4 regulate of protein metabolic process. UBCE2D4 accepts ubiquitin from the E1 complex and catalyzes its covalent attachment to other proteins. In vitro, UBCE2D4 able to promote polyubiquitination using all 7 ubiquitin Lys residues, but may prefer Lys-11 and Lys-48-linked poly-ubiquitination.
