本测试的详细解释
因子VⅡ（FVⅡ）是外源血液凝集途径中第一个酶原。FVⅡ的激活是蛋白酶（例如 ⅠXa，Xa，XⅡa因子和凝血酶）通过蛋白剪切位点的剪切而产生的，因子VⅡ也能被VⅡa（FVⅡa）自动激活。FVⅡa分子在152位的精氨酸和153位的异亮氨酸间剪切产生的。它是由36kD的重链和22kD的轻链通过二硫键连接而形成的。当FVⅡa与组织因子的复合物，增强的酶复合物的形成快速促进了凝血的发生。组织因子途径抑制子（TFPI）对于TF/FVⅡa复合物的活性起到副调控的作用。
FVⅡa在血浆的水平大约占FVⅡ的1%（≈5ng/mL）。血浆中的FVⅡa在ischemic心脏病和其它病理状态下担任了重要的角色。
