总胶原蛋白检测试剂盒（Total Collagen Assay Kit）
产品简介：
胶原是细胞外基质的重要组分之一。胶原水平的过高或过低都会导致疾病。例如：胶原过多会导致组织纤维化，胶原过少会导致骨关节炎。因此在许多疾病研究中测定胶原水平非常重要。
检测原理：
QuickZyme 的总胶原检测试剂盒是基于羟脯氨酸的检测。羟脯氨酸是一类非蛋白氨基酸，存在于哺乳动物的弹性蛋白和胶原中。这种氨基酸限于家园的三螺旋结构中，它的存在增加了三螺旋结构的稳定性。羟脯氨酸在组织中水解被用作分析胶原含量的直接指标。
试剂盒检测样本中总的羟脯氨酸含量，即：包括了所有类型的胶原及胶原前体、成熟的胶原、降解的胶原，在570nm处检测吸光度即可。试剂盒和操作简单，不需做水解后的干燥步骤（需要特殊设备）。
