背景简介：
天狼猩红是一种独特的染料，它与纤维性胶原（I型至V型）上的[Gly-X-Y]n螺旋结构特异性结合，不区分胶原蛋白种类和胶原类型，而固绿（Fast Green）与非胶原蛋白结合。cat#9046是一种简单的半定量分析试剂盒，用于测定培养西宝城和组织切片转那个胶原蛋白和非胶原蛋白的含量。因为试剂盒分析不需要胶原蛋白溶解，因此该试剂盒可用于测定各种组织中的总胶原蛋白含量。由于天狼星红和固绿分别在540 nm和605 nm处具有吸收，因此提取染料的OD值可用于计算样本的胶原蛋白和非胶原蛋白含量。对于一般组织学研究，组织切片为10~20um厚度，对胶原蛋白和非胶原蛋白的检测灵敏度分别大于3ug/片和50ug/片。此试剂盒可对30~50个样本进行染色。
