Acyl-Protein Thioesterase 1 (APT-1) is lysophospholipase that belongs to the AB hydrolase 2 family. Lysophospholipases are enzymes that act on biological membranes to regulate the multifunctional lysophospholipids. APT-1 performs on biological membranes to regulate the multifunctional lysophospholipids. It hydrolyzes lysophosphatidylcholine in both monomeric and micellar forms. It hydrolyzes fatty acids from S-acylated cysteine residues in proteins such as trimeric G alpha proteins or HRAS; in addition, it also has depalmitoylating activity and low lysophospholipase activity.

关于PDCD1/PD-1/CD279：
Programmed cell death protein 1(PDCD1) is a single-pass type I membrane protein and contains 1 Ig-like V-type domain. PD-1 is a member of the extended CD28/CTLA-4 family of T cell regulators. PDCD1 inhibits the T-cell proliferation and production of related cytokines including IL-1, IL-4, IL-10 and IFN-γ by suppressing the activation and transduction of PI3K/AKT pathway. In addition, coligation of PDCD1 inhibits BCR-mediating signal by dephosphorylating key signal transducer. PDCD1 has been suggested to be involved in lymphocyte clonal selection and peripheral tolerance, and thus contributes to the prevention of autoimmune diseases. As a cell surface molecule, PDCD1 regulates the adaptive immune response. Engagement of PD-1 by its ligands PD-L1 or PD-L2 transduces a signal that inhibits T-cell proliferation, cytokine production, and cytolytic function.

Gastric Triacylglycerol Lipase (LIPF) belongs to the AB hydrolase superfamily. LIPF is an important lipase during the digestion of dietary lipids in cystic fibrosis. Pentraxin 2 (PTX2), also known as Serum amyloid P (SAP), is a highly conserved, naturally circulating plasma protein and a soluble pattern recognition receptor of the innate immune system. The unique binding activities indicated that it may play an important role in the removal of damaged tissue. PTX2 belongs to the pentraxin family, is universally present in amyloid deposits. Mouse with targeted deletion of the PTX2 gene shows retarded and reduced induction of experimental reactive systemic (AA type) amyloidosis confirmed that it does indeed contribute to pathogenesis of amyloidosis and is a valid therapeutic target. In recent discovery, PTX2 can be used as a powerful antifibrotic agent to regulate certain monocyte differentiation states.
