Carbonic Anhydrase 1 (CA1) is a cytosolic enzyme, belonging to the alpha-carbonic anhydrase family. It is highly expressed in erythrocytes and acts as an early marker for erythroid differentiation. Carbonic anhydrase 1 plays a improtant role in many biological processes such as calcification, cellular respiration, bone resorption, acid-base balance. It is activated by imidazole, histamine, L-adrenaline, L- and D-histidine, and L- and D-phenylalanine. At the same time, It is inhibited by sulfonamide derivatives and coumarins. In addition, CA1 is a zinc metalloenzyme that has reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. It can hydrate cyanamide to urea.

Myelin P2 Protein (PMP2) is a cytoplasmic protein which belongs to the Fatty-acid binding protein (FABP) family of calycin superfamily. PMP2 is a small, basic, and cytoplasmic lipid binding protein of peripheral myelin. PMP2 is found in peripheral nerve myelin and spinal cord myelin, the oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells, respectively. PMP2 may be involved in lipid transport protein in Schwann cells. It may decrease the inhibitory effect of T suppressors in the culture of immune lymph node cells.

Mouse Fc receptor-like protein 1 (FCRL1) is a single-pass type I membrane protein. It is expressed in B-cells at the various stages of differentiation. Mouse FCRL1 consists of a 203 amino acid (aa) extracellular domain (ECD) with two Ig‑like domains, a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and a 103 aa cytoplasmic domain with two immunotyrosine activation motifs (ITAMs). FCRL1 is likely not a receptor for immunoglobulin. It may function as an activating coreceptor in B-cells and B-cells differentiation.
