关于Trp B: Tryptophan synthase is an enzyme that catalyzes the final two steps in the biosynthesis of tryptophan. It is commonly found in Eubacteria, Archaebacteria, Protista, Fungi, and Plantae, but is absent from animals such as humans. Tryptophan synthase typically exists as an α-ββ-α complex. The alpha subunit is responsible for the aldol cleavage of indoleglycerol phosphate to indole and glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate: L-serine + 1-C-(indol-3-yl)glycerol 3-phosphate = L-tryptophan + D-glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate + H2O.The beta subunits catalyze the irreversible condensation of indole and serine to form tryptophan in a pyridoxal phosphate (PLP) dependent reaction. Their assembly into a complex leads to structural changes in both subunits resulting in reciprocal activation.
关于G-CSF: Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) is a growth factor and an essential cytokine which belongs to the IL-6 superfamily. Granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factors are cytokines that act in hematopoiesis by controlling the production, differentiation, and function of 2 related white cell populations of the blood, the granulocytes and the monocytes-macrophages. G-CSF binding to its receptor G-CSF-R which belongs to the cytokine receptor type I family depends on the interaction of alpha-helical motifs of the former and two fibronectin type III as well as an immunoglobulin-like domain of the latter. G-CSF is a cytokine that have been demonstrated to improve cardiac function and perfusion in myocardial infarction. And it was initially evaluated as a stem cell mobilizer and erythropoietin as a cytoprotective agent.
关于NT-3/Neurotrophin-3: Neurotrophin-3 (NT-3) is a member of the NGF family of neurotrophic factors and is structurally related to β-NGF, BDNF and NT-4. The NT3 cDNA encodes a 257 amino acid residue precursor protein with a signal peptide and a proprotein that are cleaved to yield the 119 amino acid residue mature NT3.The amino acid sequences of mature human, murine and rat NT-3 are identical. NT-3 selectively promotes the differentiation and survival of specific neuronal subpopulations in both the central as well as the peripheral nervous systems.
关于ZNF75A: Zinc Finger Protein 75A (ZNF75A) is a member of krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. The human ZNF75 gene is located on Xq26, which has only limited homology (less than 65%) to other ZF genes in the databases. One of these, ZNF75B is a pseudogene mapped to chromosome 12q13. The other two, ZNF75A and ZNF75C, maintain an ORF in the sequenced region, and at least the latter is expressed in the U937 cell line. ZNF75A contains five C2H2-type zinc fingers and one KRAB domain. ZNF75A is a nucleus protein, may involves in transcriptional regulation.
