关于CD96：
The cluster of differentiation (CD) system is commonly used as cell markers in immunophynotyping. Different kinds of cells in the immune system can be identified through the surface CD molecules which associating with the immune function of the cell. The CD155 ligand CD96 is a member of the Ig superfamily. Its a immunoglobulin-like protein tentatively allocated to the repertoire of human NK receptors. NK cells recognize poliovirus receptor (PVR), anectins and nectin-like protein family member serve to mediate cell-cell adhesion, cell migration, with the presence of an additional receptor, CD96. CD96 promotes NK cell adhesion to target cells expressing PVR, stimulates cytotoxicity of activated NK cells, and mediates acquisition of PVR from target cells.

关于CADM1：
Cell adhesion molecule 1(CADM1)is a single-pass type I membrane protein and belongs to the nectin family. It contains 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains and 1 Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain. CADM1 acts as a tumor suppressor in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cells. Interaction with CRTAM promotes natural killer (NK) cell cytotoxicity and interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) secretion by CD8+ cells in vitro as well as NK cell-mediated rejection of tumors expressing CADM3 in vivo. CADM1 may contribute to the less invasive phenotypes of lepidic growth tumor cells. In mast cells, it may mediate attachment to and promote communication with nerves. CADM1, together with MITF, is essential for development and survival of mast cells in vivo. The protein acts as a synaptic cell adhesion molecule and plays a role in the formation of dendritic spines and in synapse assembly. It may be involved in neuronal migration, axon growth, pathfinding, and fasciculation on the axons of differentiating neurons. CADM1 may play diverse roles in the spermatogenesis including in the adhesion of spermatocytes and spermatids to Sertoli cells and for their normal differentiation into mature spermatozoa.

关于CD300a/LMIR1：
LMIR1, also termed CD300a, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein with a single IgV-like extracellular domain and an extended membrane proximal region that links the immunoglobulin (Ig) and transmembrane domains and belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. The intracellular domain of LMIR1 contains several immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibition motifs (ITIMs). When cross-linked, it will be tyrosine phosphorylated and capable of recruiting tyrosine phosphatases (SHP-1, SHP-2) and inositol polyphosphate 5-phosphatase, SHIP. LMIR1 will regulate mast cell-mediated inflammatory responses. LMIR1 is broadly expressed on myeloid and lymphoid cells, and its expression is differentially regulated depending on the cell type.
