胰腺癌基因表达PCR芯片可以同时检测90个已知的与胰腺癌相关的基因的表达。芯片所选的基因编码以下几类蛋白因子:凋亡、增殖、血管生成、药物反应等相关基因。使用该芯片试剂盒及配套试剂检测RNA实验标本,研究者可以简单准确地检测和分析胰腺癌相关的基因表达。通过实时定量PCR 的方法,研究者即能够利用该芯片简单可靠地同时检测相关基因的表达。
