The RiboLace Starter kit contains all reagents to isolate active ribosomes by affinity purification and magnetic separation. Thanks to the adjustable protocol, this product is suggested for the de novo experimental designs when using specimens of unknown translational activity, to get acquainted with the technology, and when in need of further customizing of the protocol (reagents volumes and number of reactions optimization).
