Mouse ADCC Bioassay Effector Cells, Propagation Model（小鼠ADCC生物活性可扩增效应细胞系）用于测定结合并激活 mFcγRIV的小鼠抗体的活性。抗体依赖的细胞介导的细胞毒性作用（ADCC）是一种重要的抗体作用机制（MOA），它针对病毒感染或患病（如肿瘤）细胞，使其被细胞介导的免疫系统的组分所破坏。小鼠 FcγRIV（mFcγRIV）是小鼠体内参与 ADCC 的主要受体，与人 FcγRIIIa（人体内参与ADCC 的主要 Fc 受体）的亲缘关系比 mFcγRIII 更近。mFcγRIV ADCC Reporter Bioassay 是一种生物相关的 MOA检测，适合测定特异性结合并激活 FcγRIV 的小鼠抗体的活性。目前已知小鼠 IgG2a 和 IgG2b（程度较低）通过激活 mFcγRIV 而介导 ADCC。相反，小鼠 IgG1 不与 mFcγIV 结合。 Promega 生物活性检测克服了原代细胞检测的劳动量大和结果变异性高的缺点。同时，生物检测的流程简单可靠，与 96 孔板和 384 孔板形式兼容，与传统的原代细胞检测不同，它能够定量测定 ADCC，变化小，准确性高。
