Bone Marrow Proteoglycan (BMPG) is a secreted protein that contains one C-type lectin domain. BMPG is the predominant constituent of the crystalline core of the eosinophil granule. BMPG is highly expressed in placenta and pregnancy serum. BMPG may be involved in antiparasitic defense mechanisms as a cytotoxin and helminthotoxin. BMPG induces non-cytolytic histamine release from human basophils. In addition, BMPG also participated in antiparasitic defense mechanisms and immune hypersensitivity reactions.

关于Cornulin：
Cornulin is a member of the fused gene family of molecular chaperones. Human Cornulin contains N-terminus EF-hand domains and Ca2+ binding domains, and two glutamine- and threonine-rich 60 amino acid repeats in its C-terminus. Cornulin involves in the mucosal/epithelial immune response and epidermal differentiation. Cornulin is a survival factor that participates in the clonogenicity of squamous esophageal epithelium cell lines, attenuates deoxycholic acid (DCA)-induced apoptotic cell death and release of calcium. When Cornulin is overexpressed in oral squamous carcinoma cell lines, it regulates negatively cell proliferation by the induction of G1 arrest.

关于IL-1 RII：
Mouse Interleukin 1 receptor, type II (IL1R2) is a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family. This protein binds interleukin alpha (IL1A), interleukin beta (IL1B), and interleukin 1 receptor, type I (IL1R1/IL1RA), and acts as a decoy receptor that inhibits the activity of its ligands. IL-1R2 structurally consisting of a ligand binding portion comprised of three Ig-like domains, a single transmembrane region, and a short cytoplasmic domain. It is expressed in a variety of cell types including B lymphocytes, neutrophils, monocytes, large granular leukocytes and endothelial cells. Mouse IL1RII shares 59% amino acid sequence homology with human IL1 RII in their extracellular domains. The pleiotropic cytokine IL1 is produced to regulate development and maintenance of the inflammatory responses, and binds to specific plasma membrane receptors on cells. Two distinct types of IL1 receptors which are able to bind IL1 specifically have been identified, designated as IL1RI (IL1RA) and IL1RII (IL1RB). IL1R1 contributes to IL-1 signaling, whereas the IL-1R2 has no signaling property and acts as a decoy for IL-1.
