关于CES3：
Mouse Carboxylesterases 3 (CES3) is a member of five families of mammalian carboxylesterases that plays a role in catalyzing hydrolytic and transesterification reactions with xenobiotics, anticancer pro-drugs and narcotics, and detoxifying organophosphates and insecticides. Mammalian carboxylesterases are enzymes with broad substrate specificities ranging from small molecule esters to longchain fatty acid esters. It is shown that CESs has key roles in the metabolism of a wide variety of clinical drugs, illicit narcotics and chemical nerve agents. CES3 is broadly expressed in liver, colon and brain.

关于RSPO1：
RSPO1 is a secreted protein,containing 2 FU(furin-like) repeats and 1 TSP type-1 domain and belonging to the R-spondin family. RSPO1 is required for the early development of gonads, regardless of sex. It has been found in mice only eleven days after fertilization. To induce cell proliferation, it acts synergistically with WNT4. They help stabilize β catenin, which activates downstream targets. RSPO1 is necessary in female sex development. It augments the WNT/β catenin pathway to oppose male sex development. In critical gonadal stages, between six and nine weeks after fertilization, the ovaries upregulate it while the testes downregulate it. RSPO1 can potentially aid in the treatment of mucositis, which is characterized by inflammation of the oral cavity. This unfortunate condition often accomp*(代"a")nies chemotherapy and radiation in cancer patients with head and neck tumors.

关于CD160：
CD160 antigen is a Lipid-anchor that exists as a disulfide-linked homomultimer. CD160 contains one Ig-like V-type domain. The human CD160 precursor is a cysteine-rich, glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored protein of 181 amino acids with a single Ig-like domain. It is weakly homologous to KIR2DL4. CD160 is expressed in the spleen, peripheral blood, and small intestine. Its expression is tightly associated with peripheral blood NK cells and CD8 T lymphocytes with cytolytic effector activity. CD160 is a receptor showing broad specificity for both classical and non-classical MHC class I molecules.
