关于Dutpase：
Deoxyuridine 5-Triphosphate Nucleotidohydrolase Mitochondrial (dUTPase) belongs to the dUTPase family. dUTPase exits as a homotrimer and is involved in nucleotide metabolism. dUTPase produces dUMP, the immediate precursor of thymidine nucleotides and it decreases the intracellular concentration of dUTP so that uracil cannot be incorporated into DNA. The dUTPase increase in PCR product yield, length and fidelity enables further down-stream applications. These effects make dUTPase useful in PCR fidelity and yield-sensitive applications. dUTPase is specific for dUTP and is critical for the fidelity of DNA replication and repair.

关于Syndecan-1：
Syndecan-1 is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the syndecan proteoglycan family. The syndecans mediate cell binding, cell signaling, and cytoskeletal organization and syndecan receptors are required for internalization of the HIV-1 tat protein. Human SDC1 is synthesized as a 310 amino acid precursor that contains a 22 amino acid signal sequence, and a 288 amino acid mature chain. The Syndecan-1 protein functions as an integral membrane protein and participates in cell proliferation, cell migration and cell-matrix interactions via its receptor for extracellular matrix proteins. Altered Syndecan-1 expression has been detected in several different tumor types.

关于TIM-3 ：
T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain-3 (TIM3), also called hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 2 (HAVCR2), is a transmembrane glycoprotein of the TIM family of immune regulating molecules and plays an important role in the Th1-mediated immune response. TIM3 is expressed on the Th1 cells, CD8 T-cells, monocytes, and dendritic cells, but not on Th2 cells. TIM3 expressed by monocytes and dendritic cells facilitates phagocytosis of apoptotic cells and up-regulates cross-presentation of apoptotic cell-associated antigens through interaction with phosphatidylserine. Engagement of TIM3 by its ligand galectin-9 induces a range of immunosuppressive functions which enhance immune tolerance and inhibit anti-tumor immunity. Stimulation of TIM3 with an agonistic antibody promotes inflammation through the activation of innate immune cells. TIM3 is also regarded as a potential target molecule for immunotherapy. TIM3 and programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) as two important coinhibitory regulators of T cell responses, have been implicated with the T-cell dysfunction or exhaustion associated with chronic HBV infection including HBV-related HCC.

Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III-B, also known as Fc-gamma RIII-beta, FcR-10, IgG Fc receptor III-1, FCG3, FCGR3, CD16b and FCGR3B. FCGR3B is a GPI-anchor membrane protein and contains two Ig-like C2 type domains. FCGR3B can be expressed in orphonuclear leukocytes and stimulated eosinophils. FCGR3B can interact with INPP5D/SHIP1. FCGR3B localizes in the FCGR gene cluster is a CN polymorphic gene involved in the recruitment of polymorphonuclear neutrophils to sites of inflammation and their activation. FCGR3B may serve as a trap for immune complexes in the peripheral circulation which does not activate neutrophils.
