关于GADD45G：
Growth Arrest and DNA Damage-Inducible Protein GADD45 Υ (GADD45G) is a nuclear protein which belongs to the GADD45 family. GADD45G is highly expressed in placenta. GADD45G interacts with various proteins whose transcript levels are increased following stressful growth arrest conditions and treatment with DNA-damaging agents. GADD45G responds to environmental stresses by mediating activation of the p38/JNK pathway via MTK1/MEKK4 kinase. GADD45G is also involved in the regulation of growth and apoptosis. GADD45G inhibits cell growth and differentiation by androgens. The mRNA expression is down-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma.

关于IL-13：
Mouse interleukin 13 (mIL-13) is a pleiotropic cytokine produced by activated Th2 cells. IL-13 induces B cell proliferation and immunoglobin production. It contains a four helical bundle with two internal disulfide bonds. Mouse IL13 shares 58% sequence identity with human protein and exhibits cross-species activity. IL13 signals via receptor IL13R (type2, IL4R) and activates STAT-6. IL13 initially binds IL-13Rα1 with low affinity and triggers association of IL4Rα, generating a high affinity heterodimeric receptor IL13R and eliciting downstream signals. IL13 also binds IL-13Rα2 with high affinity, which plays a role in a negative feedback system of IL13 signaling. IL13 is an important mediator of allergic inflammation and disease.

关于Activin RIB/ALK-4 ：
Activin Receptor Type-1B (ACVR1B) is a single-pass type I membrane protein that belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. ACVR1B contains one GS domain and one protein kinase domain and is expressed in many tissues, most strongly in kidney, pancreas, brain, lung, and liver. ACVR1B acts as a transducer of activin or activin like ligands signals. Activin binds to either ACVR2A or ACVR2B and then forms a complex with ACVR1B, ACVR2A or ACVR2B activating ACVR1B through phosphorylation of its regulatory GS domain. They go on to recruit the R-SMADs, SMAD2 and SMAD3. ACVR1B also transducers signals of nodal, GDF-1, and Vg1. Mutations in ACVR1B are associated with pituitary tumors.
