MOB Kinase Activator 1A (MOB1A) belongs to the MOB1/phocein family, which acts as an activator of LATS1/2 in the Hippo signaling pathway, plays a key role in organ size control and tumor suppression by restricting proliferation and promoting apoptosis. MOBKL1B stimulates the kinase activity of STK38 and STK38L. MOBKL1B binds to and regulate downstream targets such as the NDR-family protein kinases and LATS1 kinase.

N-Acetylglucosamine-6-Sulfatase is required for the lysosomal degradation of the Glycosaminoglycans (GAG) Heparan Sulfate and Keratan Sulfate. N-Acetylglucosamine-6-Sulfatase hydrolyzes the 6-Sulfate groups of the N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine 6-Sulfate units of Heparan Sulfate and Keratan Sulfate. N-Acetylglucosamine-6-Sulfatase binds 1 Calcium ion per subunit. N-Acetylglucosamine-6-Sulfatase deficiency are the cause of Mucopolysaccharidosis Type 3D (MPS3D), an inborn error leading to lysosomal accumulation of heparan sulfate. MPS3D has profound mental deterioration, hyperactivity, and relatively mild somatic manifestations.

关于MASP1：
Mannan-Binding Lectin Serine Protease 1 (MASP-1) belongs to the peptidase S1 family. MASP1 contains two CUB domains, one EGF-like domain, one peptidase S1 domain and two Sushi (CCP/SCR) domains. MASP1 is primarily expressed in liver. MASP1 involved in the lectin pathway of the complement, performs a key role in innate immunity by recognizing pathogens through patterns of sugar moieties and neutralizing them. MASP1 is synthesized as a zymogen and activated when it complexes with the pathogen recognition molecules of lectin pathway, the mannose-binding lectin and the ficolins. MASP1 is not directly involved in complement activation but may act as an amplifier of complement activation by cleaving complement C2 or by activating another complement serine protease, MASP2. MASP1 is also able to cleave fibrinogen and factor XIII and may may be involved in coagulation. MASP1 is inhibited by SERPING1 and A2M.

关于MICA：
MHC Class I Polypeptide-Related Sequence A (MICA) is a transmembrane glycoprotein that functions as a ligand for human NKG2D. Unlike classical MHC class I molecules, MICA does not form a heterodimer with beta-2-microglobulin. MICA shares 85% amino acid identity with a closely related protein, MICB. MICA acts as a stress-induced self-antigen that is recognized by NK cells, NKT cells, and most of the subtypes of T cells. As a Ligand for the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor, MICA binds to KLRK1 leads to cell lysis. MICA functions as an antigen for gamma delta T cells and is frequently expressed in epithelial tumors. MICA antigens are able to elicit the synthesis of alloantibodies in transplant recipients. Studies have shown that anti-MICA antibodies are associated with acute renal allograft rejection and failure. MICA recognition is involved in tumor surveillance, viral infections, and autoimmune diseases.
