| 产品描述： | Heat shock protein 60 (HSP-60) is implicated in mitochondrial protein import and macromolecular assembly. HSP-60 facilitates the correct folding of imported proteins. HSP-60 also prevents misfolding and promotes refolding and proper assembly of unfolded polypeptides generated under stress conditions in the mitochondrial matrix. Defects in HSP-60 are a cause of spastic paraplegia autosomal dominant type 13 (SPG13), a degenerative spinal cord disorder. Defects in HSP-60 are the cause of leukodystrophy hypomyelinating type 4 (HLD4 or MitCHAP-60 disease). |
