| 产品描述: | Leucine-rich glioma-inactivated protein 4 (Lgi4) encodes a secreted glycosylated leucine-rich repeat protein expressed in Schwann cells. These cells are responsible of the peripheral nerve development through interaction with axons and surrounding mesenchymal tissue. A 225-bp insertion in the Lgi4 gene was identified in claw paw (clp) mutant mice as critical for Lgi4 function. This antibody recognizes the mouse Lgi4 in Western blot, immunofluorescent staining and immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue sections. |
