semiboat 我想阻断此信号通道，在文献中我看到采用了STAT3显性负性技术，是否也可以用STAT3mRNA干扰阻断，但经费都很高，有没有抑制剂什么的能阻断掉，IL-6/MAKP通道我看文献都用抑制剂直接阻断。还有个位有没有作P-STAT3的，我看做信号通道是大家都是用了p-STAT3抗体，为什么不检测STAT3而是检测p-STAT3，非常感谢！！ semiboat 望做过的高手解答，非常感谢！！
