| 产品描述： | The CD45 (HI30) antibody recognizes the 180, 190, 205 and 220-kDa long single chain type I transmembrane glycoprotein called leukocyte common antigen (LCA). LCA is typically expressed at high levels on all nucleated hematopoietic cells including bone marrow cells, thymocytes, lymphocytes, monocytes, granulocytes, but not on mature erythrocytes, platelets and non-hematopoietic tissues and cells. CD45 is critically required for T and B cell antigen receptor-mediated activation. |
