关于PDGF-A：
Platelet-derived growth factor subunit A (PDGFA), belongs to the PDGF/VEGF growth factor family. PDGFA is a secreted protein, stored in platelet alpha-granules and released by platelets upon wounding. PDGFA is potent mitogens for a variety of cell types including smooth muscle cells, connective tissue cells, bone and cartilage cells, and some blood cells. It plays an essential role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, cell migration, survival and chemotaxis. PDGFA is required for normal lung alveolar septum formation during embryogenesis, normal development of the gastrointestinal tract, normal development of Leydig cells and spermatogenesis, normal oligodendrocyte development and normal myelination in the spinal cord and cerebellum. It plays an important role in wound healing; Signaling is modulated by the formation of heterodimers with PDGFB.

IL2RG contains one fibronectin type-III domain. IL2RG is an important signaling component of many interleukin receptors, including those of interleukin -2, -4, -7 and -21, and is thus referred to as the common gamma chain. IL2RG interacts with SHB upon interleukin stimulation and HTLV-1 accessory protein p12I. Defects in IL2RG are the cause of X-linked combined immunodeficiency (XCID) and severe combined immunodeficiency X-linked T-cell-negative /B-cell-positive / NK-cell-negative (XSCID).

关于Cathepsin D：
CTSD localizes to the lysosome and consists of a light chain and a heavy chain. CTSD is expressed in epithelial cells as well as in macrophages.CTSD is a lysosomal aspartyl protease that depends critically on protonation of its active site Asp residue and gets activated at pH 5 in endosome of hepatocytes. It has been suggested to facilitate cancer cell migration and invasion by digesting the basement membrane, extracellular matrix and xonnective tissue. In addition, CTSD has been used as a breast cancer tumor marker.

The enzyme UDP-Glucose 4-Epimerase is a homodimeric epimerase found in bacterial, plant and mammalian cells. UDP-Glucose 4-Epimerase performs the final step in the Leloir pathway of Galactose metabolism, it catalyzes two distinct but analogous reactions: the epimerization of UDP-Gglucose to UDP-Galactose and the epimerization of UDP-N-Acetylglucosamine to UDP-N-Acetylgalactosamine. The bifunctional nature of the enzyme has the important metabolic consequence that mutant cells (or individuals) are dependent not only on exogenous galactose, but also on exogenous N-acetylgalactosamine as a necessary precursor for the synthesis of glycoproteins and glycolipids.
