关于Glypican 5：
Glypican 5 is encoded by the gene GPC5, and belongs to the Glypican family. It is 572 AA at lenth, and has a natural variation on its 155 location at which ‘A’ can mutata into ‘V’. This protein mainly exist in cell membrane and is usually secreted to extracellular space to do its function such as bearing heparin sulfate. In adult, Glypican 5 is primarily expressed in the brain, and can also be detected in fetal brain, lung and liver.

Prostasin also known as channel activating protease 1 (CAP1), is a trypsinlike serine peptidase, and plays important roles in epithelial physiology. Mouse Prostasin is found in the seminal fluid and secreted after cleavage of its C-terminus.Prostasin is found to activate the epithelial sodiu*(代"m") channel (ENaC) which is regulated and is critical for maintaining salt and fluid balance in the lung and kidney in both normal and pathological conditions. Accordingly, prostasin has been proposed as a target for therapeutic inhibition in cystic fibrosis. In addition, prostasin inhibits prostate and breast cancer cell invasion in vitro, suggesting a functional role as a suppressor of tumor invasion, as well as a regulator of gene expression during inflammation.

关于TSLPR：
The cytokine thymic stromal lymphopoietin receptor (TSLPR) is consisting of a common γ receptor–like chain (TSLPR-γ) and a common interleukin 7 (IL-7) Rα chain that belongs to the type 1 cytokine receptor family. Transfection of TSLPR cDNA result in only low affinity binding, while cotransfection of the IL-7Rα chain cDNA shows high affinity binding. TSLP and TSLPR play a critical role in the initiation of allergic diseases in mice. The TSLP R cDNA encodes a transmembrane receptor containing 370 amino acids (aa) with two potential N-linked glycosylation sites and a cytoplasmic domain of 104 aa including a single tyrosine residue. TSLPR can mediate signaling of the signal transducer and activator of transcription 5 (Stat5) by TSLP. TSLP R is broadly expressed in the immune and hematopoietic cells, particularly in hematopoietic progenitors and myeloid cells.
