关于NAGK：
N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine Kinase (NAGK) belongs to the Eukaryotic-Type N-Acetylhexosamine Kinases family. NAGK is a homodimer and expressed in many tissues. NAGK is a prominent salvage enzyme of amino sugar metabolism in mammals. It is a major component of complex carbohydrates and converts GlcNAc into GlcNAc 6-phosphate from lysosomal degradation or nutritional sources. In addition, NAGK has ManNAc kinase activity.

关于PDGF-A：
Platelet-derived growth factor subunit A (PDGFA), belongs to the PDGF/VEGF growth factor family. PDGFA is a secreted protein, stored in platelet alpha-granules and released by platelets upon wounding. PDGFA is potent mitogens for a variety of cell types including smooth muscle cells, connective tissue cells, bone and cartilage cells, and some blood cells. It plays an essential role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, cell migration, survival and chemotaxis. PDGFA is required for normal lung alveolar septum formation during embryogenesis, normal development of the gastrointestinal tract, normal development of Leydig cells and spermatogenesis, normal oligodendrocyte development and normal myelination in the spinal cord and cerebellum. It plays an important role in wound healing; Signaling is modulated by the formation of heterodimers with PDGFB.

关于Galactokinase：
Galactokinase belongs to the GHMP kinase family and GalK subfamily. Galactokinase is more important to the galactose metabolism pathway. It modifies galactose to create a similar molecule called Galactose-1-Phosphate.Thus, a series of additional steps converts Galactose-1-Phosphate to another simple sugar Glucose, which is the main energy source for most cells. Galactokinase deficiency results in Galactosemia II, an autosomal recessive deficiency characterized by congenital cataracts during infancy and presenile cataracts in the adult population. The cataracts are secondary to accumulation of Galactitol in the lenses.
