PIN2/TERF1-Interacting Telomerase Inhibitor 1 (PINX1) belongs to the PINX1 family . PINX1 contains a G-patch domain and a Telomerase Inhibiting Domain that is capable of binding MCRS1, TERT and TERF1. PINX1 is a widely expressed protein that localizes to nucleoli and telomere speckles. PINX1 can mediate TRF1 and TERT accumulation in nucleolus and enhance TRF1 binding to telomeres. PINX1 is recruited to chromosome periphery by Nucleolin, the complex is necessary for faithful chromosome congression. In addition, PINX1 may inhibit cell proliferation and act as tumor suppressor.

关于CRYAB：
α Crystallin B Chain (CRYAB) is a cytoplasmic protein that belongs to the small heat shock protein (HSP20) family. Alpha crystallins are composed of two gene products: alpha-A and alpha-B, for acidic and basic, respectively. Alpha crystallins can be induced by heat shock and are members of the small heat shock protein (sHSP also known as the HSP20) family. Alpha crystallins acts as molecular chaperones and hold them in in large soluble aggregates. CRYAB is expressed widely in many tissues and organs. It may contribute to the transparency and refractive index of the lens. The deficiency of CRYAB is the cause of myopathy myofibrillar type 2 (MFM2) and cataract posterior polar type 2 (CTPP2).

  本酶是大肠杆菌DNA聚合酶I经基因工程改造的产物。由于基因重组，其不含有DNA聚合酶I的5´→3´外切核酸酶活性，只具有5´→3´的DNA聚合酶活性和3´→5´的外切核酸酶活性。其中3´→5´的外切核酸酶 的活性较弱，不适用于3´突出端的切平。本品浓度为5U/ul。

产品用途：
1、双脱氧法DNA序列测定。 (Sanger法)
2、突出端的补平。（参见实验方案）
3、使用随机引物进行DNA标记。

活性定义：
在37℃条件下，30分钟内能使10 nmol 的dNTPs渗入酸不溶性沉淀物所需要的酶量定义为1个活性单位。

质量保证：经多次柱纯化，SDS-PAGE胶检测仅可见清晰单一的目的条带；PCR方法检测无大肠杆菌DNA残留，无核酸内、外切酶污染。
