Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of PBS, pH7.4.

 

质量控制(Quality Control) 

Purity:           Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.    

Endotoxin:    Less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug) as determined by LAL test.

Bioactivity:   Immobilized Human IL-2RA-Fc(Cat#CJ78) at 10μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Human IL-2-His (Cat#CX66) .

                      The ED50 of Human IL-2RA-Fc(Cat#CJ78)  is 0.46 ug/mL.

 

Bioactivity-BLI:
Loaded Biotinylated Human IL-2-His-Avi(Cat#CY48) on SA Biosensor, can bind Human IL-2RA-Fc(Cat#CJ78) with an affinity constant of 2.63 nM as determined in BLI assay.		Loaded Human IL-2-His(Cat#CX66) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Human IL-2RA-Fc(Cat#CJ78) with an affinity constant of 3.06 nM as determined in BLI assay.

 

复溶(Reconstitution)

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.    

 

保存(Storage)

Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks.Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days.Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.     

 

背景(Background)

Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha (IL2RA) is a single-pass type I membrane protein, contains 2 Sushi (CCP/SCR) domains. The interleukin 2 (IL2) receptor alpha (IL2RA) and beta (IL2RB) chains, together with the common gamma chain (IL2RG), constitute the high-affinity IL2 receptor. Homodimeric alpha chains (IL2RA) result in low-affinity receptor, while homodimeric beta (IL2RB) chains produce a medium-affinity receptor. Normally an integral-membrane protein, soluble IL2RA has been isolated and determined to result from extracellular proteolyisis.
