Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of PBS, 5%Trehalose, 2mM EDTA , pH7.4.

Purity:           Greater than 95% as determined by reducing SDS-PAGE.    

Endotoxin:    Less than 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug) as determined by LAL test.

Immobilized Human TROP-2-His(Cat#CU64) at 2μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind Anti-Human TROP-2 mAb. The ED50 of Anti-Human TROP-2 mAb is 108.6 ng/ml.	000000	Loaded Anti-Human TROP-2 mAb-Fc(Cat#NC045) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human TROP-2-His(Cat#CU64) with an affinity constant of 1.57 nM as determined in BLI assay.

 

复溶(Reconstitution)

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting.
It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml.
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.    

 

保存(Storage)

Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks.Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days.Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.     

 

背景(Background)

Tumor associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TACSTD2, TROP-2) is a type I cell surface glycoprotein that is highly expressed on human carcinomas. It was originally identified as an antigen present on human gastrointestinal tumors and is the second of two members of this family. Human and mouse TROP-2 share 87% amino acid (aa) similarity. TROP-2 is capable of transducing an intracellular calcium signal and may play a role in tumor growth. It also has adhesive functions.
