【保存条件】

【使用方法】
标记的Annexin V可结合流式细胞仪用于检测细胞外膜上的磷酯酰丝氨酸，操作流程如下：
1. 用去离子水按1:4稀释结合缓冲液（4ml结合缓冲液+12ml去离子水）；
2. 用4℃预冷的PBS洗细胞两次，用250 μl结合缓冲液重新悬浮细胞，调节其浓度为1 x106/ml。
3. 取100 μl的细胞悬液与5ml流式管中，加入5μl Annexin V/Alexa Fluor 647，室温避光孵育5分钟；
4. 加入10μl 20 μg/ml的碘化丙啶溶液；
5. 在反应管中加400μl PBS，流式细胞仪（FACS）分析。（注：消化细胞时不能用含EDTA的胰酶）
