【产品概述】
本产品是在2×RealStar Power Probe Mixture(CAT#A361)基础之上，独特开发出的新型防污染探针法实时荧光定量PCR预混体系。产品含有优化浓度的HotStart Power Taq DNA Polymerase、dATP、dUTP、dCTP、dGTP、UNG酶（尿嘧啶DNA糖基化酶）、Mg2+、反应缓冲液和稳定剂等成分。本品在PCR反应中以dUTP代替dTTP，扩增片段中的T全部被U取代，形成含dU碱基的PCR扩增产物,新添加的UNG酶可以降解反应体系中的含U的DNA，有效消除PCR产物的残留污染，大大降低扩增产物污染导致的假阳性，从而保证扩增的特异性和准确性。本产品为2×预混实时荧光定量PCR反应体系，使用时只需加入模板、引物、探针、ROX Reference Dye（根据不同荧光定量PCR仪选择使用）和水，使其工作浓度为1×,即可进行反应。具有快速简便、灵敏度高、特异性强、稳定性好等优点，可最大限度地减少人为误差、节约PCR实验操作时间、降低污染几率。
