关于Serpin B5：
Serpin B5 is a secretive protein that belongs to the Serpin (Serine Protease Inhibitor) family and Ov-serpin subfamily. Serpin B5 is expressed in the prostate, testis, intestine, tongue, lung, and thymus. Serpin B5 exhibits no serine protease inhibitory activity. Serpin B5 also functions as tumor suppressor an angiogenesis inhibitor. It has been shown that Serpin B5 blocks the growth, invasion, and metastatic properties of mammary tumors. Furthermore, high expression of Serpin B5 is linked to squamous cell carcinoma in non-small-cell lung cancer.

Dynamic regulation of IL-7Rα is important for the generation of appropriate immune responses.

关于NRG1：
neuregulin-1 (heregulin-1，NRG1) is a member ofneuregulin family, which is comprised of four genes that encode a large number of secreted or membrane-bound isoforms. All family members share an EGF-like domain that interacts with the ErbB family of tyrosine kinase receptors. NRG1 isoforms can be classified into type I, type II and type III isoforms. NRG1 directs ligand for ERBB3 and ERBB4 tyrosine kinase receptors, concomitantly recruits ERBB1 and ERBB2 coreceptors, resulting in ligand-stimulated tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of the ERBB receptors. NRG proteins show distinct spatial and temporal expression patterns and play important roles during development of both the nervous system and the heart.

文献和实验细胞色素b5 存于高等动物内质网膜的一种细胞色素。可从兔肝微粒体中提纯。因为与膜结合，用蛋白酶或表面活性剂处理可以使其溶解。还原型和氧化型的最大吸收光谱分别为 555、 526、 423和 414毫微米，分子量为 12， 500，氧化还原电位＋ 0.02V。可由同样内质网膜内的还原酶通过 NADH进行还原。还原型 b5与被称为氰感受因子的酶一起，参与由氧将饱和酰基辅酶 A转变成不饱和酰基辅酶 A的脂肪酸不饱和化反应。
