Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases having diverse physiological functions. Growing evidence suggests that many Kallikreins are implicated in carcinogenesis and some have potential as novel cancer and other disease biomarkers. This gene is one of the fifteen members of the Kallikrein subfamily located in a cluster on chromosome 19. Its encoded protein is secreted and may play a role in suppression of tumorigenesis in breast and prostate cancers. Alternate splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein.

  UltraTaq Plus DNA聚合酶是UltraTaq DNA聚合酶和Fast Pfu DNA聚合酶按特定比例混合而成。UltraTaq Plus DNA聚合酶具有 UltraTaq DNA聚合酶所有的特点：扩增快速、高灵敏度、抗干扰能力强等，同时由于Fast Pfu 酶的存在，具有一定的保真特性, 能部分纠正DNA扩增过程中所出现的错误。与UltraTaq DNA聚合酶相比，具有扩 增长度增加（简单模板扩增长度可达30kb,复杂模板可有效扩增10kb), 保真度好的特点；与Fast Pfu DNA聚合酶相比，具有扩增速度更快，扩增灵敏度更高的优点。

1、可替代大部分UltraTaq DNA聚合酶的用途；
2、需高灵敏度的PCR扩增；
3、大片段PCR扩增反应 (可达30kb)。

使用建议：使用本制品扩增得到的PCR产物具有3´端"A"突出，可直接克隆于T载体中。

应用实例：

图例一） 50μl扩增体系中，分别以100ng～0.1ng小鼠基因组DNA为模板，可很好地扩增出1.1kb DNA片段（IL-1b基因）。
泳道M：DNA Ladder 2000；泳道1：100ng；泳道2：10ng； 泳道3：1ng；泳道4：0.1ng；

质量保证：经多次柱纯化，SDS-PAGE检测纯度大于95%；PCR方法检测无大肠杆菌DNA残留，无核酸内、外切酶污染。

活性定义：在74℃条件下，30分钟内催化10nmol dNTP的掺入反应成为酸不溶性物质所需的酶量为一个单位。
