产品及特点：
活细胞透过性荧光染料Hoechst 33342在凋亡细胞中的荧光强度增高的机制与凋亡细胞膜通透性发生改变有关，凋亡细胞早期细胞膜的完整性没有明显性改变，但细胞膜的通透性已有增强，因此进入凋亡细胞中的Hoechst 33342比正常细胞的多。此外，还与凋亡细胞的染色体DNA的结构发生了改变从而使该染料能更有效地与DNA结合以及凋亡细胞膜上的p-糖蛋白泵功能受到损伤不能有效地将Hoechst33342排出到细胞外使之在细胞内积累增加等有关。Hoechst 33342进入凋亡细胞中比正常细胞更容易，而EB、PI或7-AAD等染料是不能进入细胞膜完整的活细胞中，即正常细胞和凋亡细胞在不经固定的情况下对这些染料是拒染，坏死细胞由于膜完整性在早期即已破损，可被这些染料染色。
荧光染色细胞凋亡检测试剂盒-Fluorescent Staining Apoptosis Detection Kit本试剂盒就是采用Hoechst 33342与另一种活细胞非透过性荧光染料碘化丙啶(Propidium Iodide，PI)，直接对活细胞的染色体DNA进行特异性荧光染色。在荧光显微镜下观察，可见凋亡细胞明亮的蓝色细胞核荧光着色，而正常细胞着色很浅，坏死细胞则会被PI着色产生红色荧光，从而区分出凋亡和坏死细胞。荧光染色的培养细胞也可直接用于流式细胞分析，是一种快速、简便、经典的细胞凋亡检测方法。该产品特点如下：
