    • 固缩heteropycnosis

      固缩 heteropycnosis ( 1)指染色体或染色体的一部分在核分裂前期和末期显著深染的现象。某种动物的性染色体在整个细胞周期内,其染色性与其他常染色体呈周期性的变化。在分裂期发生固缩的染色体部分,在间期形成染色中心。( 2)指某一细胞的核与周围的细胞核相比,呈现异常凝缩的状态。在即将自然发生核退化之前,通过射线或化学物质的处理,可人工诱发固缩。已发生异国缩的核的染色质收缩和均一化,进而继发染色性的变化。核的固缩有的是可逆的,有的是不可逆的,关于固缩的起因尚有许多欠
