动植物总蛋白微量提取试剂盒-Animal-Plant Total Protein Miniprep Kit使用及效果
将100 mg组织材料加1 mL溶液A，匀浆，得到的匀浆液4℃ 12000 g离心10 分钟，上清转移到新的离心管中即得到总蛋白。得到的蛋白样品可置于-70℃冰箱保 存，或者加入SDS-PAGE上样缓冲液，100℃保温5分钟后，进行SDS-PAGE电泳 检测。
