本产品为磷酸蛋白专用染色试剂盒,可用于对SDS-PAGE 进行特异性的染色以检测样品中一定量的磷酸化蛋白。可以在三小时以内得到结果。磷酸化蛋白染色后显示为绿色或蓝绿色的条带。它具有下列特点:
磷酸蛋白染色试剂盒-Staining Kit for Phosphate Protein1. 可分别检测40 纳克-80 纳克/ 条带的卵黄高磷蛋白及80 纳克-160 纳克/ 条带的β 酪蛋白。
2. 试剂盒包括阳性对照蛋白(卵黄高磷蛋白)及阴性对照蛋白(大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂)。
3. 可以对SDS-PAGE 进行特异性染色来检测样品中的磷酸化蛋白(丝氨酸磷酸化及苏氨酸磷酸化)成分。
