本产品是用XcmI酶切线性化的DNA片段，其两个末端的5'都有一个突出的 T，可以用于快速克隆具有加尾活性的耐热酶（如Taq DNA聚合酶）扩增得到的 PCR片段。
1. 由于是通过酶切制备，所以载体两端的带T率为100%，远高于用Taq DNA聚合 酶和TdT末端转移酶在平末端载体加尾得到的T载体。
2. 克隆的阳性率一般在90%以上，缩短了筛选过程。
3. 无Nde I和Nco I等多克隆位点，便于重组基因的克隆
即用型蓝白T载体C型（T7-T3，无MCS）-Instant Blue-White Vector T，Type C4. 来源于pBlueSoript Ⅱsk（+），故克隆位点两侧分别有T7和T3 RNA聚合酶 启动子，便于用克隆的PCR片段制备RNA探针。
5. 可以使用pUC/M13 Forward和Reverse测序引物测定插入片段的序列。
6. T克隆位点位于β-半乳糖苷酶的α 肽编码区内，可以进行蓝白斑筛选。
7. 含有丝状噬菌体f1 复制起始子，可以制备单链DNA。
