本产品是在一管式病毒DNAOUT（CAT#:3674）和一管式病毒RNAOUT（CAT#:3073）基础上开发的一站式病毒核酸提取产品，其特点是：
1. 一站式，含有除样品外的所有成分，实验的可重复性得到大大提高。
2. 一管式，所有操作在一个离心管中完成，减少了样品的转移和交叉污染。
3. 既适用于提取病毒DNA，也适用于提取病毒RNA，还可以用于同时提取样品中的病毒DNA和病毒RNA。
4. 高回收率，一般能达到50拷贝/mL，完全能达到临床要求。
5. 得到的DNA和RNA可以直接用于PCR或RT-PCR。
一管式病毒DNA-RNAOUT-One-Tube Viral DNA-RNAOUT使用及效果
将0.2 mL液体病毒样品加入到1.5 mL离心管中，加入0.6 mL溶液A，振荡混匀，室温放置10分钟后，加入0.7 mL溶液B。振荡混匀后15000 g室温离心15分钟，小心吸弃上清后加入1 mL溶液C，振荡混匀后15000 g室温离心5分钟，小心吸弃上清，最后将DNA沉淀溶解到适量水中待用。R6247-01 MicroElute RNA Clean Up Kit(50)
