SuperStar XL DNA Polymerase是在Taq DNA Polymerase的基础上，按最佳比例混合了具有3’®5’端DNA外切酶活性（即校读活性）的超保真DNA Polymerase，并且配备精心优化的反应缓冲液，可高效扩增以基因组DNA、cDNA、质粒为模板的10 kb以上DNA片段。其保真度约相当于普通Taq DNA聚合酶的6倍。本产品适用于构建基因图谱、克隆长片段DNA等。使用本产品扩增的PCR产物一部分3’-末端附有突出的A碱基，可直接进行T载体克隆，加A处理后可提高TA克隆效率。
