产品简介
DEPC水 (DEPC-treated Water) 是用0.1% DEPC（diethypyrocarbonate，焦碳酸二乙酯）处理，再经高温高压消毒的MiliQ纯水。经检测不含RNase、DNase和proteinase。DEPC水可以用于RNA沉淀的溶解，含有RNA的各种反应体系如反转录、siRNA的退火等。
储存条件
2~8℃保存。有效期1年。若每次的使用量很小，可分装后再使用。
注意事项
- 本制品经高温高压灭菌后溶液中已不含DEPC，使用时应避免RNase污染。
- 为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并佩戴一次性手套操作。
