Bst DNA Polymerase Large Fragment 是 Bacillus stearothermophilus DNA聚合酶的一部分， 具有5´→ 3´DNA聚合酶活性，以及较强的链置换 (strand displacement)活性，但缺失5´→ 3´核酸外切酶活性。Bst DNA Polymerase Large Fragment可用于等温扩增反应，例如LAMP (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification), RCA (Rolling-circle amplification)等。
