1.PCR芯片介绍 实时定量PCR是检测基因表达最灵敏、最可靠的方法。通过在试验过程中,实时监测荧光染料的信号变化可反映出样品中的基因拷贝数,并且实时定量PCR线性范围广(能达到5个数量级),因此可以检测同一样品中表达量极低的基因和表达量很高的基因。但是,由于实时定量PCR需要制备标准曲线和同时分析内参基因,因而每次实验只能检测少数几个基因的表达水平,若要检测大量基因,则工作量巨大,耗时长久。通过简单的以及经过优化的实时定量PCR体系,PCR芯片随之开发出来,研究者可以同时研究大量基因

。我们会尽量选择各组实验中Ct值相差在1以内的作为看家基因。*关于使用384孔板分析4个样品的详细注解:首先使用“96 Genes X 4 Samples”辅助工具,将4个样品的数据分开。将384 Ct值粘贴到黄色列内。如果使用的是预制的PCR Array,则不需要在红色列内填入数据,输入货号就会自动填入基因名。将E10到H106的数据复制粘贴到B1到E97。之后您就可以按照前面所述的步骤进行数据上传和在线免费分析了。
