小麦胚和胚乳的发育 通常所说的小麦种子实际上是一果实，它是由整个子房发育而成。在发育过程中，小麦的果皮和种皮愈合在一起不能分开，这类果实特称为颖果。禾本科植物，如玉米、高梁、水稻、大麦、小麦等都形成颖果。本实验以小麦为材料，作为单子叶植物的代表。取不同发育时期（授粉后不同天数）的小麦子房制片，观察其中胚和胚乳的发育情况和成熟颖果的基本结构。小麦子房制片也不易切正，观察时一般都应先在低倍物镜下将连续切片作一全面检查，然后选取切得较完整而近正中的切面作进一步观察。制片包括下述
凝集素是动物细胞和植物细胞都能够合成和分泌的、能与糖结合的蛋白质,在细胞识别和粘着反应中起重要作用,主要是促进细胞间的粘着。凝集素具有一个以上同糖结合的位点，因此能够参与细胞的识别和粘着,将不同的细胞联系起来。
