一氧化氮A(NO)信号通路RT2 ProfilerTM PCR Array包含了表达受第二信使NO控制及参与NO信号通路的84个基因。NO是参与和抑制疾病发生的动态生物效应分子。NO分子能够可逆地改变特异基因的表达,和许多蛋白的活性以及可逆影响信号通路,从而能够影响许多生理活动。本芯片包括参与NO生物合成、过氧化物代谢的基因和参与氧化应激反应的基因。还包括被NO诱导或抑制的基因,这些基因能够作为细胞体系中NO信号通路激活的指标。通过实时定量PCR的方法,研究者即能够利用该芯片简单可靠地同时检测NO信号通路相关基因的表达。
