Wild-type (WT) and G protein alpha 13 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with G protein alpha 13 antibody (GTX131045) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with G protein alpha 13 antibody (GTX131045) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (SC-410) diluted by 1:50.
G protein alpha 13 antibody detects G protein alpha 13 protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat testis.
G protein alpha 13 stained by G protein alpha 13 antibody (GTX131045) diluted at 1:500.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min
