GAP43 antibody detects GAP43 protein expression by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Frozen-sectioned adult mouse hippocampus.
Green: GAP43 protein stained by GAP43 antibody (GTX127937) diluted at 1:250.
Red: NeuN, stained by NeuN antibody [2Q158] (GTX30773) diluted at 1:500.
Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GAP43 antibody (GTX127937) diluted at 1:30000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
