Whole cell extract (30 Âμg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ASXL1 antibody (GTX127284) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
ASXL1 antibody detects ASXL1 protein by western blot analysis.
