Hemoglobin gamma A antibody detects Hemoglobin gamma A protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Hemoglobin gamma A antibody (GTX116413) diluted at 1:500.
Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Hemoglobin gamma A antibody (GTX116413) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
