Wild-type (WT) and Galectin 3 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Galectin 3 antibody (GTX113486) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
Galectin3 antibody detects Galectin3 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: MCF-7 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: Galectin3 protein stained by Galectin3 antibody (GTX113486) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
Scale bar = 10 μm.
